In the internet one can find respectable and dubious offerings and it is difficult for visitors to judge the character of the page owners barely based on the internet representation. At the end all comes back to the question of confidence. This goes both ways, trust into the vendor and trust into the buyer. As my basic principle is to rely on the honesty of my buyers, I want to make you an offer in this context. I am well aware that there is a big difference between pictures and videos of a ceramic and the impression you can get when holding the ceramic in your hands.
If you are living within the EU, the right of withdrawal for internet purchases is applicable. The right for withdrawal manages the refund of the purchasing price plus the shipping charges to your home if you want to return the ceramics for whatever reason (see details at the withdrawal page). However, in case of withdrawal, you still have to cover the costs for the return shipment of the product to me, which is bearing some risk for you, as you do not know me personally. Here is my proposal:
I cover fully or partially the costs for the return shipment, depending on the country you are living in.
I cover:
- For returns from Germany: 100% of the shipping costs
- For returns from the rest of the EU: 50% of the shipping costs
For customers without the right to withdraw, the shipping costs to the buyer are not refunded. However, if you are not satisfied with the received ceramics, I will nevertheless refund -besides the product costs- at least a part of the total shipment costs up to maximum limit of 15 US Dollar or the equivalent in the countries currency.
To protect myself I have created some rules.
- The described offering for refund of the return shipment costs is applicable up to a shopping cart value of 170 US Dollar.
- The products arrives back here without damages.
- The offer is voluntary; I can withdraw from the offering anytime fully or individually without giving reasons (of course only for new orders).
- Despite the above described coverage of the return costs my Right for Withdrawal stays valid to the full extend.
